I am Taivar Parts. I connect business and operations experience with technical delivery. I care about what the customer experiences, how the team handles the work and whether the solution helps the business move forward.
THE EXPERIENCE I DRAW ON
For eight years I ran my own travel and events business. I took groups of up to 100 people across Europe, handling offers, sales, partners, logistics and hosting on the ground. I have also guided city groups in various countries and school trips to an island.
In a workforce business, I progressed from Project Manager to Head of Sales and COO. I was responsible for B2B relationships, commercial agreements, teams and operations. That gave me experience of delivering client work as well as leading the business.
Hospitality and event-service experience, along with community involvement, have brought different people and situations into my work. A useful plan also needs to hold up when something changes on the ground.
MY APPROACH
I look at a solution from both perspectives. Can someone find what they need? Do they know what happens next? Does the business have the information and ownership needed to deliver the promise?
In technical work, I connect websites, data, AI and automation. Sometimes the useful improvement is an integration; sometimes it is a simpler interface or clearer process. I choose the approach around the work.
FRONTIER AI ANALYSIS
Frontier AI analysis means following models and tools and evaluating their capabilities on real tasks. A new tool needs to fit the required output, cost, data and controls.
Examples of my technical work include InvoiceFlow document processing, Hoid ja Hool booking and management, FoodMagic customer records and BriefMentor learning and knowledge tools. The business goal and the user’s work need to stay connected throughout.
