THE BUSINESS NEED
The business needs to manage bookings and communicate clearly with owners, while the operator needs a tool that is easy to understand. I designed the admin specifically for someone who struggles with basic computer tasks.
MY APPROACH
I made the custom content manager deliberately simple. The operator could use it straight away, said they had always wanted a tool like this and asked why other tools were not as intuitive. The manager dashboard brings the day-to-day work into one overview.

PROJECT SCOPE
The project includes website and content work, a custom admin and dashboard, and the booking, communication and invoicing workflow. An English website version makes the offer accessible to more visitors.
