The same information moves from an email to a spreadsheet, then into another app.
A connected workflow cuts repeated data entry and keeps the information together.
AI EXPERT & EXTERNAL AI LEAD
As an AI expert, I help small and medium-sized businesses use artificial intelligence in sales, customer communication and everyday operations. I map recurring tasks, choose suitable tools and build automation with the integrations and checks the work needs.

WHY START NOW?
Demis Hassabis has estimated that AI could have ten times the impact of the Industrial Revolution and unfold perhaps ten times faster. This is a forecast, not a measured outcome or a promise of business productivity. Start with one workflow in your business, test it with clear controls and learn from the result.

Choose your first stepDOES ANY OF THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
A connected workflow cuts repeated data entry and keeps the information together.
A CRM, notifications and follow-ups give each enquiry a clear next step.
One connected process brings the customer journey and the work behind it together.
I choose a specific use case, connect the relevant data and define where a person checks the result.
CONNECT WHAT YOU ALREADY USE
I connect your existing CRM, ERP, email, forms and databases. For example, a website enquiry can become a CRM contact, an order can trigger an invoice, and a status change can send an automatic notification.
I check which APIs, webhooks or other data exchange options your software supports. AI can help classify enquiries, extract information from documents and prepare replies. We agree on which steps run automatically and where a person reviews or approves.
WHAT DOES AN EXTERNAL AI LEAD DO?
I help choose a sensible first step, build or connect the solution, and work with the people who will use it to make it part of their day.
Together, we look at how the process works today, where information goes and whose decision is needed.
We agree on one clearly defined task and how we will judge the result.
I compare options against your work, existing software and a sensible budget. Some tasks need straightforward automation; others benefit from AI.
I build the workflow, connect the data and test exceptions as well as the points that need human approval.
I make the solution understandable and help the team use it in their daily work.
We check the agreed outcome. Further development or ongoing support gets its own clearly defined scope.
SELECTED WORK & PRACTICAL EXAMPLES
I built a system that collects invoices from email and uploads, reads their data using OCR and AI, and matches them against bank transactions. Documents reach accounting with the information needed to handle them.
Users choose where the system acts autonomously and where a person reviews or approves. Left-hand keyboard shortcuts make review fast, and the system learns from those decisions. It also works on mobile.
The same approach applies when documents, data and approvals move through different channels and someone has to push each next step along manually.
Documents → data extraction → transaction matching → review where needed → accounting
I built a dog-care website with a custom content manager that the operator could use straight away. A separate management dashboard brings bookings, customer records and daily activities together.
The database-backed calendar sends automatic emails and reminders, creates invoices and checks invoice details. The interface and automation work towards the same goal: less administration and more attention on the service.
I built a browser extension that combines playback controls, transcripts, AI summaries and notes. Information flows into an AI second brain, where it connects with material saved earlier.
It turns scattered content into knowledge that can be found and used later. I built it to learn faster and reduce the work of moving information between tools.
I designed WorkBite as an autonomous service, with a custom backend architecture connecting listings, user records, communication and job status. The mobile prototype shows the local map and the experience around finding an opportunity.
The service design puts routine coordination into automated workflows. Users retain the decisions that need their input, while the operator has a connected view of activity across the service.
Italy Vault connects the offer and research model with implementation. Italy Now, Property Atlas and the Opportunity Map guide bring information, discovery and a paid digital product into one journey.
Human review sits alongside the data and automation work. The platform is developed in stages; some automation and execution tools remain private or in development.
I built FoodMagic around food, event types, menus and dietary options. The website presents the offer visually, then connects enquiry capture with the work needed to respond to the customer.
Automation supports intake and organisation. The team keeps the judgement involved in a quote and the personal conversation around the customer's event.
I built an interactive website concept with prototype imagery and a practical brief builder. The work connects the brand's visual direction with private ownership and hospitality settings.
The website and its surrounding workflow are developed as a concept. The visitor's choices help shape the enquiry, while the business keeps the context needed for a useful follow-up.
My work connects the website with guest booking workflows, automations and funnels. The aim is a clear path from discovering the house to a useful application and the communication around a stay.
The surrounding system supports a personal hosted experience. Communication and booking workflows keep the guest's context connected, so the host can organise the stay and continue the conversation.
TAIVAR PARTS · FOUNDER OF TAIDREAM
For eight years I ran my own travel and events business, handling offers, sales, partners, logistics and delivery on the ground. In a workforce business, I progressed from Project Manager to Head of Sales and COO, responsible for B2B relationships, agreements, teams and operations.
As an AI professional, I look at a solution through both the customer’s and the owner’s eyes. Where does confusion start? Where does an enquiry get lost? Which step makes the work harder than it needs to be?
In InvoiceFlow, that means the complete document journey. At Hoid ja Hool, it means controls suited to the person using them. In BriefMentor, it means making knowledge usable. I choose the technology around the work that needs to improve.
THE FIRST ENGAGEMENT
We look at the current process, existing tools and the inputs needed. Then we agree on the first task and what a successful result should look like.
We agree on scope, price and timing before building starts, and check the result against that agreement. Any further work or ongoing support is agreed separately.
You do not need to know which solution you need.
Finding it and making it work is my job.
BEFORE WE START
First, I look at which data needs to move between systems and the connections they support. APIs, webhooks or file exchange can link customer records, orders, documents and notifications. AI can help interpret information or prepare the next step. We define permissions, data use and human approvals for the specific workflow.
Start with one specific task, such as sorting incoming enquiries, extracting data from documents or drafting a reply. Define which information AI may use and when a person checks the result. Compare it with the current way of working before expanding its use.
Map the recurring steps, data sources and decisions. An enquiry can connect to a CRM, a confirmation email and follow-up actions; a booking to a reminder and an invoice. Clear rules suit conventional automation, while AI can help interpret text. InvoiceFlow and Hoid ja Hool show how these pieces connect.
No. One obstacle, repetitive task or business goal is enough to start. Finding and implementing the right solution is my job.
Not necessarily. I first look at what can be connected through your existing tools, APIs and data. New software should earn its place by solving a real need.
Yes. One well-defined workflow is a more useful starting point than changing the whole business at once. We agree on its scope and expected outcome before implementation.
We compare the current effort and cost with the result you want. Useful measures might include manual steps, response time or errors caused by missing information. We choose the measure to suit the work.
Yes. The interface, clear responsibilities, testing and adoption are part of my approach. We agree separately on the level of ongoing support.
The price depends on scope, existing integrations and the work involved. We clarify the inputs and acceptance criteria, then agree on price and timing before I start building.
Tell me how it works today, and we can look at how to make it simpler.
