What are you paying for?
First describe the current work and the result you need. Connections, user interfaces and controls then need to be built and tested with real examples. Moving a form submission into a CRM and processing invoices across several applications are different scopes.
What increases the scope?
Incomplete records, unclear ownership, restricted APIs and many exceptions add complexity. Before requesting a quote, describe input volumes, permissions, exception handling and who accepts the result. Extra licences for existing software may also affect the total.
What continues after launch?
Separate hosting, software licences, model or messaging usage and maintenance. Ask which costs are fixed and which follow volume. In Hoid ja Hool, website content, booking, customer records and the manager dashboard form one operating workflow. Keeping them useful requires clear ownership.
Is the investment worthwhile?
Start with the value of released working time. Subtract recurring costs and compare the remainder with implementation cost. A spare hour for a salaried employee does not automatically reduce payroll. It may create room for customers or work that has been postponed. The calculator makes these assumptions visible; it is not a price quote.
